Returns & Refunds

Free cancellation is available for orders which haven't been shipped. *(Unless the order was custom made).*

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for our 30 day return policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and has to be approved before a return can be made. 

Opened items that have been tested but turned out to be defective due to manufacturing issues can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned products under our 30 day return policy must be in like new condition and sent back with their original packaging, and have all of the parts and components that they came with. 

In all return instances (unless specified by a customer service agent), customer pays return shipping (unless we approve to pay for shipping ourselves). If not in like new original packaging, a restocking fee (0-20%) will be applied based on condition. There will always be a 4-6% card processing fee taken that does not get refunded even if a refund is issued.

Please note our return policy is for buyer's remorse returns - please see "Damaged Items" section for our policy regarding defective items.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

Damaged Items

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee and Damage replacement guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds, if agreed upon, will be issued to the original form of payment that you used when placing your order.

Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

However, it is up to the customer to REFUSE ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT shipments. If customer accepts damaged freight, a product claim/replacement will not be possible. Please review our shipping policy for more details on this.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received, inspected, and determined to be in the agreed upon condition, the refund will be issued to your original payment method minus return shipping cost (if applicable).

If you're receiving a refund as compensation for damage the refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund credit to process.

 

Product Quality Guarantee

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, they should be in brand new condition. If they are not we will take care of helping you get a compensation or replacement. However, if you notice any damage when receiving your order from the courier, you need to make note of it when signing for delivery. If damage is severe please REJECT the delivery. If you accepted damaged freight we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. Please review our shipping policy for more details.

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us and send us photos. If your item arrives in good condition but there seems to be a manufacturer defect, do not worry we will help with a warranty claim.
