This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat two different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two Remotes, and two 16 ft. Installation Kits/Line sets. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
