The 1.0HP water pump provides ample power for the jet system, ensuring that you get all of the enjoyment out of this bathtub that it has to offer—all while being quiet enough so that you can still enjoy your relaxing bath in peace.

11 WATER JETS MASSAGES ENTIRE BODY

This tub has 11 water jets that provide a massage: 4 small jets in the lumbar region, 3 larger ones at the body's center and 4 smaller again near your feet. The control knob can be used to increase or decrease flow—and even adjust where it comes from.

EASILY AND QUICKLY INSTALLED

This tub has all of the features you want: a chrome polished center drain, waterfall faucet, knobs and a 45" shower head. This alcove is pre-drilled and has already been assembled, so installation is quick and easy. And don't worry—an integral 3-side panel makes this alcove-ready!

Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We offer "free ground shipping" for all US orders except: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Method:

（1）Standard / small orders ship out via: USPS, UPS and FedEx.

（2）For large items( pizza oven etc.), multiple items or large orders we use LTL freight.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping: 5-7 business days. LTL shipping: 10-14 natural days.

Once an order has shipped we are unable to change or modify it for any reason. For orders that use the LTL shipping method, if the consignee requests to change the destination, the shipment will return to the shipper and we will issue a refund less the 20% restocking fee.

* All LTL orders need to be accepted for delivery within 5 days of the shipping carrier contacting you to set up a delivery date. For any order not accepted within 5 days, refused, or return to the sender a fee of 20% will be assessed.

For all pick up orders, please state in the order that you intend to pick up the order from our warehouses. All orders must be picked up by the name listed on the order when placed and with a valid identification card. If the order is not picked by the end of 7 days since the order was placed. We will cancel the order and issue a refund.

*Business days don't typically include weekends, however Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in certain zip codes.

*If you need to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. Unfortunately once an order has been sent to our warehouse we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes as to we are working quickly to get your order to you.

Returns:

1: If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support via email at (info@modernsproductions.com) or telephone (415) 503-9177 Monday - Friday from 10 am -7 pm PST to request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When contacting our support team ensure you provide them with your return reason.

2: Returns made without approval will not be accepted as to we have different return addresses for different products.

3: For returns due to buyers remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee applied. You should also save your tracking number to confirm when your item has been received at our location. Items being returned due to defects or quality issues a pre-paid return label will be provided to you upon you providing us with any pictures/videos showing the issue you are encountering.

4: If an item is found to be damaged in shipping. Do not accept or sign for the product. Simply refuse the package with the carrier and contact our customer support asap.

They are not bad

I searched everywhere looking for the right theater seats for my media room. Over a year I have searched and finally came across Valencia brand. I have never bought something this expensive without sitting in it first but with the great customer service I received over the phone, they assured me that if I was not satisfied I could return. No need to do that though. I am a huge movie buff so comfortable, premium seating is essential. 5 star in every category. I have small corridor and was afraid the 100lb chairs wouldn't fix. The measurements did not work but I read chairs come in 2 pieces each. Good thing they were evenly separated and assembly was easy. Quick snap in of the back tot he base. But as always, I do have one gripe. I bought three chairs (one single and a love seat). One chair, all buttons (recline, headrest and lower back bumper) are great. But the other two, the headrest and back bumper buttons are switched. So, the head button changes the lower back and the lower back changes the head position. It's a little annoying and for the price, seems like a silly thing to mess up.

⁦Let me start out by saying that this is really ment for one person. Yeah two adults CAN fit but you're definitely touching each other. Super easy to put together, best with 2 people so as not to drop any side panels or break the glass on the door. Also helpful in case you position the bottom panel incorrectly and need to lift the front and first side panel and move them like I did.

Great leather.

I love the leather on this chair even more than the regular Tuscany. We had a set of 4 Tuscany in black for our theater room, but we decided to have that row for our living room and had a new set with the Tuscany luxury for our theater room. The leather is extreeeeeeeemely smooth to the touch. There are so many lighting options to choose from, as well as a very easy seat memory function. Overall, I think choosing this chair was a wise choice.
