How Does SLGR works?

SLGR microchannel technology has improved the performance and efficiency, The uses a special air-to-air heat exchanger system to help bring the air closer to dew point temperature before it passes over the super-cooled evaporator coils, besides with the combination of Microchannel Alu Condenser, Maximize the Capacity and efficiency. The purpose of a microchannel condenser is to improve energy efficiency. The use of microchannel condenser technology can improve the 50% dispersion effect of the condenser, 30% heat exchange area and 50% refrigerant quantity. When the SLGR microchannel is combined, the efficiency of the dehumidifier can be increased by 30～50%. This leads to more condensation that forms on the coils inside the machine, and fastest for the interchange of heat, which in turn leads to more moisture pumped out and less moisture in the air that is returned to the room. This extra efficiency makes perfectly suited for low humidity conditions.

CONVENTIONAL DEHUMIDIFIERS

The conventional dehumidifiers are designed for most water-damage remediation projects, A feature same as LGR dehumidifiers they can easily be transported from job to job and loaded and unloaded from a vehicle. the conventional dehumidifier draws moisture-laden air across a set of super-cooled coils. Return policy

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

The policy stated below applies to air scrubbers, dehumidifier accessories, air movers, and dehumidifiers.
To return the Alor Air product, the return period is limited to just 30 days for finished goods and 60 days for parts. The days are counted from the date the purchase was made from our local distributors or Alorair website. Discounted products and consumables cannot be returned.

Additional Support

We shall inspect the unit and give your inspection results free of charge within SEVENTY TWO hours.
1. If the product is then returned 30 days from the date it was purchased, we will pay the shipping charges as well as the cost of returning it to you.
2. If you return the product after the expiration of 30 days, the customer shall pay all the shipping costs.

Returns:

You need to provide us with proof that you bought the product from us. A serial or purchase number may be used. We will then advance the product return process. We will also inspect the product free of charge and get back to you within 4 days after we receive the return policy.
In the event it is established that the damage caused falls within the scope of the warranty, (you may refer to warranty registration) we will replace or repair the product at our own expense. If we don’t discover the cause of the defect or we establish that the defect is not within our scope, then we shall have the product replaced or repaired at the customer’s expense. In either of these conditions, the purchaser must pay the shipping costs. Note that it is necessary that the product should be in exactly the same condition it was received and it must also be in the original package.

Refund:

If the buyer wants to cancel any order agreed upon and negotiated with our staff, the company will initiate a refund to the chosen way of payment.
The refund may take up to 10 days before it is reflected on your statement. Notice that this may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exchange:

If the buyer is interested in exchanging the product bought from our distributors or Alorair website. We will listen and help. However, this is limited if the return is effected in 30 days the product was purchased. Any extra product expense will be refunded. However, the buyer must be ready to pay for shipping expenses.
The product to be exchanged must be in exactly the same condition it was received. It must also be in an original packaging.

They are not bad

I searched everywhere looking for the right theater seats for my media room. Over a year I have searched and finally came across Valencia brand. I have never bought something this expensive without sitting in it first but with the great customer service I received over the phone, they assured me that if I was not satisfied I could return. No need to do that though. I am a huge movie buff so comfortable, premium seating is essential. 5 star in every category. I have small corridor and was afraid the 100lb chairs wouldn't fix. The measurements did not work but I read chairs come in 2 pieces each. Good thing they were evenly separated and assembly was easy. Quick snap in of the back tot he base. But as always, I do have one gripe. I bought three chairs (one single and a love seat). One chair, all buttons (recline, headrest and lower back bumper) are great. But the other two, the headrest and back bumper buttons are switched. So, the head button changes the lower back and the lower back changes the head position. It's a little annoying and for the price, seems like a silly thing to mess up.

⁦Let me start out by saying that this is really ment for one person. Yeah two adults CAN fit but you're definitely touching each other. Super easy to put together, best with 2 people so as not to drop any side panels or break the glass on the door. Also helpful in case you position the bottom panel incorrectly and need to lift the front and first side panel and move them like I did.

Great leather.

I love the leather on this chair even more than the regular Tuscany. We had a set of 4 Tuscany in black for our theater room, but we decided to have that row for our living room and had a new set with the Tuscany luxury for our theater room. The leather is extreeeeeeeemely smooth to the touch. There are so many lighting options to choose from, as well as a very easy seat memory function. Overall, I think choosing this chair was a wise choice.
